Tonight history will be made. I am glad I was able to gain access and shoot photos during one of the many campaign rallies Barack Obama spoke at while his eyes were set on the White House.

Stretch
I was on assignment at a Youth Clinic today. It is part of a celebrity golf tournament consisting of former professional athletes, and Smokey Robinson. On this day, the opening day of the event; a dozen or so of the celebrities came out and spent two hours helping kids learn and excel at different sports. At first I went to the football section and I thought about how despite the fact that these are kids, photographing them practicing was almost the same as shooting the Bears while at practice. The main difference is that my photographs of kids just look better. The reason for this, in my opinion is that kids have better facial expressions.
After shooting the kids playing football, I walked over to the bowling section. There I found a little girl who was was having the time of her life while knocking the pins down. The "lane" was just a some material thrown over the ground - and I should not even have to mention that there was no machine to set the pins back up. Instead, there was a guy at the end setting them back up returning the ball himself every time. During this entire process she had a huge smile on her face.
