Ugh. To anyone who argued with me saying that White Crosses is a good album, do you still feel that way? Do you even still listen to that album? How long has it been, a few months or so... you know you are done with it. It has no lasting power, no impact, no heart.
To me it sounds like a band trying to write radio friendly songs. Like radio songs, these songs grow old. Quick.
Its just depressing, because Against Me! had something most bands don't. They had something that isn't easily defined, something impossible to describe. But its obvious that what 'it' was is now long gone from that band.
I hope they can return to what made everyone fall in love with them. I really do hope.
